MODEL MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made and entered into on _____________, 2024, by and between:

Viral Models Agency, a company organized under the laws of Georgia, with its principal place of business at 59 Noble Oak Ct, Palmetto, GA 30268 ("Agency"), and

[Model Name], an individual residing at [Address] ("Model").

1. TERM

This Agreement shall commence on the date of execution and continue for a period of three (3) years, unless earlier terminated as provided herein.

2. AGENCY SERVICES

The Agency shall provide the following services to the Model:

• Professional content management and optimization
• Marketing and promotional campaigns
• Analytics and performance reporting
• Legal and compliance support
• 24/7 customer service and technical support
• Revenue optimization strategies
• Subscriber retention programs
• Tax documentation and financial reporting

3. COMPENSATION

In consideration for the services provided by the Agency, the Model agrees to pay the Agency 20% of all gross monthly revenue generated through the Model's OnlyFans account and related content platforms.

4. MODEL OBLIGATIONS

The Model agrees to:

• Provide accurate personal information and government-issued identification
• Maintain professional conduct and content standards
• Comply with all applicable laws and platform terms of service
• Provide regular content updates as scheduled
• Maintain accurate financial records

5. TERMINATION

This Agreement may be terminated by either party with 30 days written notice. Early termination may result in additional fees as outlined in the termination clause.

6. CONFIDENTIALITY

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and sensitive information shared during the term of this Agreement.

7. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.
